To help customers find the very best street food, we require our food vendors to have a Google rating of 4 or higher. If you don’t have a rating, don’t worry! You will still be allowed to join the app – we want to help businesses grow and succeed. We will keep any eye on your reviews and if you do slip below a 4, we will be in touch, and you may be removed from the platform.


We also require our vendors to maintain a 3+ health and safety rating from your local councils. The reason for this is that we want the platform to be full of high-quality businesses that handle food safely.


Vendors must also have relevant insurance to trade to the public. Vendors must hold, at minimum, a £5 million public liability insurance.

The platform is primarily for street food vendors, so we will look at your business and approve you if we feel you meet the criteria of street food.

Of course, you may cancel your monthly subscription by logging into your account and following the cancellation steps outlined. If you cancel your monthly subscription, cancellation will take effect from the end of your next monthly billing cycle. You will not be eligible for a refund for any monthly subscription account fees paid prior to the month the cancellation takes place.

Your first 3 months are free (or your first 6 months if you are an NCASS member). Even if you don’t want to join us after your free trial, you’ll have reached new customers who will likely visit you again. As for our subscription, it’s £29.99 per month – that’s just £1 a day!
